With over 700km of trails and more developing on a yearly basis, there is no shortage of adventure. The trails listed on our Tails Inventory list are only a fraction of the awesome recreational trails used by cyclists, hikers, skiers, and motorized recreational vehicles. They are however the most popular, varied and least used by recreational vehicles.

Most of the trails in the Whitehorse area offer some history of the area and include wonderful scenic views and a diverse ecosyestem. They also comprise of rolling singletrack and doubletrack and can be ridden by most beginners considering your physical fitness, knowing your limits, and being attentive.

Currently there are two maps available for outdoor enthusiasts: A Guide to the Popular Trails of Whitehorse and; the Whitehorse Mountain Bike and Recreational Trails map. Both can be purchased at the local bike shops, book stores, outdoor equipment and supplies stores.
