We've got a lot on the go as we head into the last couple of weeks of August. Here is a quick reminder of what's in the cmbc calendar:
* This weekend's Icycle Sport Enduro race has been shelved until next season.
Watch for new events on the Enduro front in 2014!
* The last Dirt Girls ride of the season is August 22. Come out and play at the Dirt N' Soul Skills Park at Mt Mac and then enjoy a burger and beverages with other cmbc women. Even if you haven't been on a Dirt Girls ride this season, come out and meet other members and start thinking about next year.
* King of the Canyon is happening on Sunday August 25. The Yukon xc mountain bike championships is always a good time and the last couple of years have seen some great racing on the short and long courses. More details will be posted as we confirm the course routes and costs but plan to be at the Schwatka Lake Boat Launch at 10:30am to register.
* Bike biathlon wraps up its four race series on August 28. Even if you haven't been out yet this year, you can sign up to be part of this last race. Online pre-registration is mandatory.
