Here are our latest updates!

1. Two more NEW 2020 CMBC Events

We are so excited to announce that we will be holding the following new 2020 events; an Instagram Challenge from July 22-Aug 22 and a Trailforks Challenge in Aug/Sep. More details for both of these new Challenges coming soon!


2. Bike BINGO

Like mountain biking? Like having fun? Want a chance to win wicked prizes in a social distancing friendly event? Well, CMBC’s Bike BINGO is for you!

Check out the details below, register, ride, and submit your completed Bike BINGO card by July 20 for a chance in the prize draws.

DATES: July 1-20, 2020


3. ShredHERS - women only racing with a twist of skills event.

DATE: July 18, 2020 30 racers max, food, huge prizes.

COVID event rules apply. CMBC is proud to sponsor this new event.


We are looking for 6-7 volunteers for the afternoon (roughly 1:30-4 pm) to help with registration, timing and marshaling on the trails. Volunteers can stay for pizza afterwards too! If people are interested, they can email info@cmbcyukon.ca

4. Trail Nights Dates & Details

We are working on upcoming Trail Nights! We will share more details as they develop. Stay tuned for upcoming trail night opportunities. We have created two short trail maintenance videos that we will be sharing on Social Media this week! Check out our Facebook and Instagram this week! In the meantime, please download & use the Trailforks app - it is the best way to stay up-to-date on trail conditions.


5. CMBC 4-Week Skills Clinics

Our CMBC 4-Week Skills Clinics are underway and we are stoked to see everyone’s riding gains each week. More clinic dates will be added for August and September with details and registration coming soon.


6. We have new CMBC Swag!

We have TWO new CMBC Swag items available for purchase!

  1. CMBC stickers are here! All it takes to get one is a donation of $5 towards the Grey Mountain Dream Trail build (BYTE and the Youth Achievement Centre). These beauties are about 3" x 2" and will make a great decoration on whatever you please! Stickers will be available at Icycle Sports and Cadence Cycle. Please stop by their counters to leave a $5 donation per sticker in the jar (cash only). If you have any questions, please email info@cmbcyukon.ca

  2. CMBC Stem Caps! We have 35 CMBC Stem Caps available! These are limited and are available while supplies last - $15.00 each. More details coming soon for how you can purchase and pick-up.












7. R.I.M.B.Y. Challenge - Results!

We are so thrilled that so many of you participated in this new CMBC event.

We had 95 people register and we really loved seeing and hearing about the fun you had getting out to ride in our amazing backyard. We are so lucky to have such a great community of mountain bikers and such an incredible network of trails right here at home. Thank you for sharing your adventures on the CMBC R.I.M.B.Y. Kudoboard - check it out if you haven’t already!











We are super grateful for the support of Icycle Sports and Cadence Cycle for generously sponsoring the prizes…. which brings us to announcing the R.I.M.B.Y. Challenge prize-winners:

  • Kids Category - Gally Cann (G-Form Pro-X Size XS Knee Pads from Cadence Cycle - value $100)

  • Novice Category - Jean Plenderleith ($100 gift certificate for Icycle Sports)

  • Expert Category - Catherine Fussell ($100 gift certificate for Cadence Cycle)

  • Best Photo on the Kudoboard - Martina Knopp For her photo of Laila (age 4), in next-level riding attire, joyfully springing across the whoopdee at the Boogaloo skills park!  ($50 gift certificate for Icycle Sports)

Memberships are only $15 and are good for: challenges, races, recreational events, group rides, advocacy, trail-building and maintenance, skills classes, and awesome discounts from sponsors, local businesses and Sacred Rides! (We acknowledge that some of these things are on a pause for the community right now due to COVID-19, but our team is 100% committed to bringing value to you for your membership and will continue to source new ways to connect to your biking community, during this time)
