3. The Series was a hit!
We combined forces with Velonorth and together we launched The Series event this year. The Series combines CMBC's Royalty of The Canyon event and Velonorth's Gravel Growler event and makes for an exciting way to end out the summer biking season. We are thrilled about this partnership and are already looking forward to next year!
"What a great day for chewing up some gravel. The Velonorth Gravel Growler was the final episode of the joint venture "The Series" bike races. Icycle Sports supplied some great prizes for the folks who competed (and put in some volunteer hours) in both the Royalty of the Canyon and todays Velonorth Gravel Growler. There were some big winners. CMBC wants to thank all the competitors for their volunteering to make the first "The Series" a successful test drive. Next year will be huge." - Colin McCann | CMBC Vice President
4. Helping Single Track to Success this fall
We are really excited to announce that we will joining forces with Single Track to Success to help with a new trail being built in Carcross! We will be announcing the specific dates & details soon. CMBC Members will be encouraged to join in on the fun!
5. Helping The City of Whitehorse with an exciting new trail!
We can't tell you exactly where this trail is just yet but we can tell you is...it's going to rock when it's finished! We excitedly leapt at the opportunity to work alongside Meagan and Colby from The City of Whitehorse to help develop a new trail in Whistlebend. This new trail is currently closed until all trail building is complete, so for now, you'll have to wait patiently to get all the details!
That's all for now!
Contact us if you have any comments/questions.
See you on the trails!
