A message from Alaska!
Hello Whitehorse Cyclists!
We've made a few changes to the Skagway/Dyea Cyclocross race and are ready to give the new format a try. This year, we are starting in Skagway with a steep 4x4 road climb right off the bat followed by 4-5 miles of dirt road out to Dyea. Once out in Dyea, the course is pretty much the same as last year. Total racing time will probably be 60-90 minutes.
We will start in Skagway at 5pm (AK time) next Saturday, Sept. 24th. We will have some vans/trailers available to shuttle riders back to Skagway after the racing.
