Hello Yukoners!

Here are our latest updates!

1. ShredHERS Enduro - the results are in!

CMBC proudly Sponsored the first ever ShredHERS Women's Enduro event, organized by Michelle Friesen. Here is a recap of the event that Michelle shared with us!

"The first ever Women’s Enduro in the Yukon was a huge success thanks to all the wonderful women and volunteers who came out! We had five generations between our youngest and oldest racer! It was awesome to see every type of rider connecting and having fun on the trails!

In total we had 26 riders compete.

THANK YOU to all our sponsors who helped make this event awesome! Icycle, Cadence, Cyclelogical, CMHA Yukon, CMBC, AFN Yukon Region and Taking it Global!

Our ShredHERS ladies were able to take home some sweet prizes and swag bags because of them!!!

The First ever winners of the 2020 ShredHERs Enduro were:

FIRST: Meagan Wilson with a time of 10 minutes on the dot!!

SECOND: Jennifer Baardseth 10:15

THIRD: Sammy Salter 10:31

CONGRATULATIONS! So proud of all our racers for showing up and completing the course!

There were no reported injuries but we were so appreciative of the Ski Patrol’s keenness and engagement to be there and jump into action if required!

Thank you to Kate White for being the BEST emcee ever!!

Shoutout to Colby Knowler for taking photos of all our girls shreddin' the trails!!!

Thank you to Rendezvous Queen Brenda and Princess Amanda for volunteering at registration and heading out on the trails! Really appreciate you coming out!

Thank you Joe Theriault and Travis Friesen for helping set up and clean the trail!! (Plus so much more!) These guys rode the trail THREE times in 24 hours for us! They are awesome!!!

Thank you to all the folks at CMBC for helping out with the admin side and creating our race plates! They were so cool and a nice keepsake for many who were competing in their first race!
